Advisory Graduate Program:

At KPMG, we aim to offer the best Graduate Development Program; we believe that we can provide university graduates with the best tools to kickstart their careers and because it helps us build a strong pipeline of professionals in our Advisory function. Through this program, you will embark on a comprehensive learning and development journey and familiarize yourself with a range of practices from the various solution groups. Whilst getting involved in the projects from an early stage and working closely with our team of professionals, you will soon be managing operational challenges, obtaining technical expertise, and learning to deal with today’s rapidly changing marketplace.

Requirements:

• Graduates with bachelor's or master's degree with GPA with minimum score of 2.75 out of 4 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong intercultural awareness.
• Successful online assessment and interview completion.

Program Duration:  2 years
