Job Summary

Coordinate information security and technology aspects, analyze, reporting, following on regular acitivities and operations, applying policies, responding to daily requests and  questions from stakeholders.

Roles and Responsabilites

• Provide administrative support for implementing compliance, risk, quality, and CISO office support.
• Ensure the practice management needs of the security service are delivered to a high-quality standard, within the designated timeframes.
• Conduct policy compliance testing to ensure Services perform according to user requirements, within established guidelines, and security standards.
• Establish periodic reports & develop a Quality dashboard to share the update with the stakeholders.
• Document issues, track the status in the designed system and participate in developing solutions to resolve the problems. 
• Support internal and external IT audit requirements.
• Train the users on the potential threats and how to avoid situations that might put the organization's data at risk.
• Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
• Assume the authorities assigned to him/her in the authority matrix.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
