Job Summary
Handle the processing of general accounting transactions and prepare the corresponding accounting activities while ensuring the integrity of the accounting data.
Roles and Responsabilites
- Prepare and record asset, liability, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by entering, verifying, allocating and posting transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of the audit of Financial Statements.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with KPMG global reporting requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc data analysis and research for management decision making.
- Analyze and prepare information for tax submissions.
- Prepare information adopting certain guidelines and rules to secure local certification.
- Plan and assign duties to junior team members.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
