KPMG Professional Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Analyst for a permanent opportunity to work with our Central Services/Infrastructure function.

Job Role & Responsibilities: -

  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through both established and updated channels.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Perform Campus recruitment activities (Internship Recruitment Program, Graduate Recruitment Program, and others).
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.

Skills & Experience: -

  • Should be graduate or postgraduate
  • Should have a Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment
  • Candidate should have interest in recruitments
  • Possess knowledge in sourcing and screening the CVS from various portals.
  • Should have knowledge about portals for recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
