KPMG Jordan is currently seeking to hire experienced Associate Consultants for a full-time opportunity to work with our Corporate Finance-Deal Advisory practice.
 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support corporate finance engagements including business valuation, M&A, capital raise, intangible asset valuation, financial model review
  • Build, develop and use financial models to assess transactions (profitability for shareholders, financing structuring, bankability analysis, sensitivity tests)
  • Assist in reflections on financial structuring and risk analysis of the transactions
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis on historical and projected financial results

 

Skills & Experience:

  • A qualified ACA/CPA/ACCA/ MBA (finance) from a reputable institute
  • Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience with Corporate finance, investment bank, project finance advisory experience acquired with banks, professional firms, or corporations
  • Proficient in building business valuation and financial modeling
  • Strong financial background with solid understanding of Corporate Finance functions (Valuation, M&A and others)
  • Solid financial statements understanding
  • Comfortable with producing Information Memorandums
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid communication skills, strong business writing skills, presentation capability
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment
  • Passing CFA exam for any level is an advantage
