Role & Responsibilities: 


  • Ensure all HR projects and initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assure alignment within operational teams, department heads, and HR leadership to ensure cohesive execution of HR initiatives.
  • Build solid relationships with other departments to ensure the execution of timelines meets strategic HR goals.
  •  Follow up with project owners and relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of HR projects, flagging any potential delays.
  •  Stay up to date with the latest developments in HR compliance and project management.
