Job Summary

The Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our audit engagements by managing staff planning processes and providing administrative support to the audit department. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the audit department.

Roles and Responsabilites

Staff Planning:

  • Collaborate with audit engagement teams to understand project requirements and staffing needs.
  • Ensuring comprehensive staff planning and optimization of resource allocation.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential staffing challenges, providing solutions to ensure project success.
  • Resource allocation and staff analysis:
  • Work closely with engagement managers to allocate staff based on skillsets, experience, and project requirements, ensuring the staff requisitions are raised with the retain portal.
  • Assist in optimizing resource utilization and ensuring the nationalization percentage at individual engagements.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to address staffing needs and adjustments as required.
  • Ensure the timely submission of timesheets by the department, check their alignment with the allocated engagements.
  • Analyze staffing data to identify trends, forecast future resource needs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to audit teams including coordination for travel arrangements, stock count planning, scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of audit documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes (SOQM).
  • Handle general administrative tasks to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the audit department.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other relevant departments to align staffing plans with recruitment strategies.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across different teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in staff planning, resource allocation, or workforce management, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
