Job Summary

Responsible for processing all payroll related activities and employees' expenses in alignment with the firm policy and country regulations to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Handle and perform the daily operations activities related to compensation and benefits across the firm.
  • Handle the financial-related matters for the leavers in cooperation with People Business Partners across the firm.
  • Identify the new updates instructed by the government to reflect in the payroll system.
  • Support in the monthly payroll transactions and the full cycle and off-cycle payments when needed.
  • Handle and perform the daily operations activities related to compensation and benefits across the firm.
  • Check the status of active and inactive employees to reflect salaries and end of service payments. 
  • Respond to employee concerns and inquiries regarding payroll issues. 
  • Suggest enhancements to optimize the current Payroll processes.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and finance
