Job Summary
Responsible for processing all payroll related activities and employees' expenses in alignment with the firm policy and country regulations to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Roles and Responsabilites
- Handle and perform the daily operations activities related to compensation and benefits across the firm.
- Handle the financial-related matters for the leavers in cooperation with People Business Partners across the firm.
- Identify the new updates instructed by the government to reflect in the payroll system.
- Support in the monthly payroll transactions and the full cycle and off-cycle payments when needed.
- Handle and perform the daily operations activities related to compensation and benefits across the firm.
- Check the status of active and inactive employees to reflect salaries and end of service payments.
- Respond to employee concerns and inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Suggest enhancements to optimize the current Payroll processes.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
