KPMG KSA is currently seeking to hire an experienced Manager for a permanent opportunity to work with our Infrastructure & Real Estate function.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a team member on infrastructure advisory engagements; (real estate should be subset in infrastructure)
  • Assist and advise clients on innovative delivery models, financing, procurement methodology, risk management and other aspects relating to complex infrastructure projects;
  • Preparation of proposals to target clients and thought leadership to industry;
  • Develop external and internal business networks; and
  • Contribute to the overall leadership, strategy, and management of the team.
  • Rich experience in large complex projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), infrastructure, government, construction and engineering;
  • Training and mentoring of junior staff and contributing to the overall skills enhancement and experience of the team
  • Working closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to develop team capacity and capabilities
  • Designing real estate asset management strategies to enhance the value of asset (-s)
  • Undertake feasibility studies of the proposed development projects and/or existing real estate portfolio
  • Procurement strategy development, and procurement process management
  • Developing work plans and then monitoring proactively these with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and quality of work/deliverables

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have 6-7 years of experience in developing and delivering projects, providing commercial and contract advice, financing, project reviews and risk management services, and financial modelling to infrastructure projects in an advisory/consulting environment – i.e. enough experience that candidate can manage transaction / project with limited supervision;
  • Additionally, an MBA or other post-graduate studies or professional affiliations (e.g. CPA, CFA, P.Eng. PMP, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Big 4 experience is preferred;
  • A team player with high levels of enthusiasm;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external contacts;
  • Displays strong integrity and professionalism;
  • Strong analytical, financial, contractual and commercial skills;
  • Good written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic
