Job Summary

Establish good relations with government officials, various embassies and consulates in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the firm's standards.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Keep the firm abreast of new, existing and pending government legislation that might impact the company's activities.
  • Act as the point of contact between the firm and various governmental agencies to ensure the company's affairs are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with government officials to facilitate the execution of all government transactions and the issuance of official documents required for the smooth firm's operations.
  • Work closely with the government ministries to insure all required documents are issued and updated on time.
  • Handle the processing of visa applications, immigration documents and work permits to complete all the necessary legal formalities.
  • Provide advice and guidance on government related matters to employees to ensure they have an understanding of authorities' requirements in relation to any transaction.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation among government officials while establishing good relations with government representatives.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
