What is the Hamaat Program – Advisory:

Are you ready to launch your career and make an impact in the world of Advisory? KPMG's Advisory Hamaat (Graduate Development) Program provides the tools, experience, and mentorship you need to take your career to the next level.

The Advisory Hamaat Program is a two-year initiative designed to equip university graduates with the skills and experience necessary to build successful careers in the Advisory industry. Participants engage in comprehensive learning and development, project involvement, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
 

Program Duration: 2 years of growth, development, and extensive hands-on experience.

Who we’re Looking For? Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree holders expected to graduate by before the end of August 2025.
• Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Management Information Systems, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Electrical and related fields), Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management.  Other relevant specialized degrees are welcome to apply.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Additional Requirements: Strong intercultural awareness, successful completion of online assessments and interviews, and passing both online and in-person assessment centers.
