Job Summary

Develop and maintain relationships with targeted universities and colleges to attract and recruit potential fresh graduates and manage/ design the Talent Mobility activities and programs across member firms.   

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Collaborate proactively with the stakeholders to define hiring needs and design internship programs.
  • Manage and handle college/university career fairs and promote KPMG services to attract and interact with students and recent graduates.
  • Optimize Talent Attraction practices and processes, leveraging technology and data to Increase/ enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain solid awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, compensation trends, recruitment challenges and competitive landscape.
  • Create and maintain regular reporting on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruiting metrics to be shared with the stakeholders.
  • Design, monitor, and develop the implementation of the Talent mobility programs.
  • Advertise job openings to online channels and through alumni communities.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions. 
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
Masters in Human Resources
