Job Summary

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory affairs standards and regulations, maintain comprehensive records, collaborate with stakeholders and handle regulatory interactions.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all business activities.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all communications related to compliance matters, including investigations, training materials, and regulatory interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., audit, risk management) and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators) on compliance matters, fostering a culture of ethical conduct.
  • Coordinate to ensure continuous professional education for licensed staff by monitoring CPE requirements, identifying relevant training programs, and facilitating attendance.
  • Ensure the firm's regulatory membership subscriptions and annual license are renewed.
  • Coordinate the annual submission of firm-wide data to the regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Law
