Job Summary

Responsible for processing all people operation-related activities including employees' leaves, requests, inquiries, legal requirements to ensure operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Handle all types of leaves & employees’ requests to ensure the relevant countries’ regulations and the firm policy are met.
  • Prepare employees' official and legal documents.
  • Handle the contractual relationship between the firm and the employees.
  • Administer people transfer actions and ensure the communication with relevant parties is established and aligned
  • Assist the people business partners in reviewing and analyzing complaints, conducting and documenting the needed investigation.
  • Answer employees’ inquiries, provide the needed advice or channel them to the right party to fulfill their requests.
  • Execute the offboarding activities and ensure the leavers have completed all needed activities and aligned with other parties for related matters.
  • Track and maintain all people data within the system such as personal data, contracts, amendments, compensation details, or any related information.
  • Coordinate with the regional representative to perform the centralized operation-related activities and locational activities when needed.
  • Coordinate with the performance team to gather data for the year-end calibration.
  • Support in any ad-hoc request i.e. mobilization, appeals, etc.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
