Job Summary

Set and manage the strategies related to sourcing, selection, and assessment of qualified candidates and ensure the recruitment selection criteria identify the right sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels. Moreover, oversee the onboarding journey to ensure new joiners' pleasant experience.

Roles and Responsabilites

  • Develop and maintain a sourcing strategy in line with the firm's workforce planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers within coverage areas to identify requirements and develop recruitment selection criteria.
  • Select best recruitment practices to attract suitable candidates and build the firm's talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Manage job requisitions, conduct interviews with senior-level candidates and select the ones that fit requirements.
  • Leverage sourcing strategies, in addition to fostering relationships with professional parties to actively build talent pools for future needs.
  • Develop ongoing creative and cost-effective talent acquisition strategies in line with the firm's business goals and drive diversity efforts and initiatives.
  • Design a set of talent intervention strategies to enable the firm to attract and retain its talent.
  • Liaise with universities to maintain a sustainable relationship and promote the firm's brand image.
  • Assess recruiting metrics after every career event, including the number of candidates interested, interviewed, and hired in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Advertise job openings on online channels and through alumni communities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure its effectiveness to help your new joiners settle down in their jobs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
  • Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the areas of new hiring industry practices, market intelligence, benchmarking, and talent opportunities.


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
