KPMG Professional Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Senior Analyst for a permanent opportunity to work with our Central Services/Infrastructure function.
 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
    Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management.
  • Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

Skills & Experience: -

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university in human resources management or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in HR business partnering role.
  • Professional qualification/ certification in HR Management e.g. Global Professional in HR (GPHR), Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) etc. Preferred.
  • Knowledge in talent management, performance management and L&D.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • An excellent influencer and change agent.
  • Strong project management skills and is an excellent team player.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills.
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
