Job Summary
Handle the reviews, changes and updates of People policies and processes; in addition to building firm-wide competencies and job descriptions libraries. Moreover, implement and review fair total rewards packages and policies aligned with the firm's strategy.
Roles and Responsabilites
- Build policies and procedures for people practices and offered services, ensuring the alignment with People Business Partners (PBPs) and review them periodically.
- Design and maintain the methodology for job creation and job evaluation for people function and provide support for the functions across the firm with PBPs.
- Design and maintain the competencies library for the people function and cooperate with PBPs for establishing a firm-wide library.
- Develop and maintain the job descriptions library for the people function and cooperate with PBPs for establishing a firm-wide library.
- Maintain the employment types and partner with PBPs to align and standardize across the functions.
- Facilitate the process of the new job & position creation and provide the needed training for the hiring managers.
- Maintain the workforce plan in the people information system in cooperation with PBPs.
- Keep the firm structure and organizational changes rules in the people information system.
- Apply the total rewards strategy across all SLC countries and functions, in collaboration with People Business Partners, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Handle the compensation and benefits benchmark practice to ensure it is in line with the salaries offered in the market.
- Implement the standards for the individual salary increase, mass salary review, and the rules for the bonus payout.
- Administer the annual compensation cycle practice based on the employees' performance.
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects as necessary.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.
